
Margaret R. Park CSCP, CPIM, CLTD
Master Instructor – CSCP
Margaret is a Senior Project Manager – Program Management Group at Design Systems, Inc. as a Supply Chain Management professional, providing subject matter expertise, support, and thought leadership in the development of Supply Chain Solution Design. She is responsible for managing solutions and project deliverables for Supply Chain, Logistics, Material Flow, Manufacturing, Distribution, and e-Commerce. Including developing, communicating and executing a program, in collaboration with IT, for implementation and ongoing operations of ERP / TMS / WMS solutions.
Margaret actively works to spread the APICS Body of Knowledge. For over 8 years, she has taught CSCP, CPIM and CLTD certification review courses. In addition, she develops customized education programs for companies based on these courses. These programs are geared to solve specific educational needs that will help a company to achieve its business objectives. Margaret also works with individuals to improve their training and public speaking skills as a Train-the-Trainer for Instructors.
Margaret is an active member of APICS and currently serves as VP Education of the Greater Detroit Chapter.

Jill Hays CPIM, CSCP, CLTD, SCPro – President
Instructor – CPIM, CSCP, CLTD, Principles and Custom Courses
Jill Hays brings with her over 20 years of experience in Supply Chain with expertise in the planning, forecasting and replenishment, process reengineering and supply chain optimization through analytics, strategic team development, process improvement and the use of enabling technologies.
Jill Hays is a Supply Chain Optimization professional at Adient, the world’s largest automotive seating supplier and an Instructor for both public and custom corporate classes for APICS.
Ms. Hays holds a Bachelors Degree in Management from Eastern Michigan University, and holds CPIM, CSCP and CLTD certifications from APICS. In addition, Jill is currently seeking her Masters in Supply Chain at Michigan State University.
Jill actively works to spread the APICS Body of Knowledge and has taught CSCP, CPIM and CLTD certification review courses. Nate Jolliff CSCP
Former VP Finance / President & Master CSCP Instructor – APICS Greater Detroit Chapter
Results-oriented certified supply chain professional with 20+ years of senior leadership experience in Fortune 500 global companies, including Volkswagen Group of America and Navistar Inc. Nate has proven achievements in delivering beyond the expected in optimizing KPI’s, supplier scorecard, materials management, F&E, warehouse operations, driving a culture of continuous improvement, and implementing strategic growth strategies across complex matrix organizations. He currently works at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in Material Logistics Engineering as Sr. Program Manager, Advance Programs-Jeep Grand Cherokee.
He also lectures as an adjunct professor at Eastern Michigan University and Oakland University in Information Technology for Supply Chain Management, and Operations Management.

Becky Ferrell CSCP
Becky is an Independent Consultant specializing in Supply Chain management and improvement. With over 30 years of Supply Chain experience in the Automotive industry, she has a broad background in lean manufacturing and using best practices to improve material flow and inventory management. She has international experience, overseeing greenfield launches and brownfield transitions in several countries, building teams and finding creative ways to work in multiple cultures.

Joann Parrinder CPIM, CSCP, PMP
VP Administration-Secretary, CSCP and lead CPIM Instructor – APICS Greater Detroit Chapter
A seasoned program and project manager having served in many industries: health care, banking, defense, automotive, and IT consulting. Her diversified background and experience in OEM product development programs (e.g. radios, satellite radio tuners, Bluetooth HF modules), and process management, IT ERP and capacity planning application development cycle and operations, and IT project management, has provided her with a broad business perspective that focuses on value for the customer and profit for company. She has practical application using processes, e.g. SDLC, APQP, ISO-TS16949, and CMMI. Ms. Parrinder has a Masters in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s of Science from Central Michigan University with a major in Mathematics/IT.
Joann has served on the APICS Greater Detroit Chapter board since 2007 as President (2010-2014), VP Education (2014-2016), and VP Alliances (2007-2010) and her current role. She has also lectured as an adjunct professor at Eastern Michigan University in Operations Management and Wayne State University in Project Management.

Chuck Nemer CSCP
Chuck Nemer has been working with the APICS Greater Detroit chapter to create this new format based on classes he’s successfully delivered for companies located around the world. He’s been an instructor for CPIM since 1987 as well as an instructor for CSCP and CLTD certifications. He teaches supply chain strategy for Metropolitan State University in MN and is an educational support associate for a supply chain simulation called The Fresh Connection.

Renjith G Nair CSCP, CPIM – Associate Instructor
Renjith is an Analytics Scientist, at Ford Motor Company. He works in GDIA (Global Data Insights and Analytics) department at Ford Motor Company and works on supporting development of manufacturing analytics solutions. These solutions are aimed at optimizing the usage of manufacturing resources of the company. Prior to this, he worked on Order to Delivery (OTD) area at Ford and works on the initiative to globalize OTD systems landscape. Before joining Ford, he worked at Dassault Systemes, where he led the implementation of Manufacturing Execution Solutions and Warehouse Management Solutions at various clients.
Renjith is an active member of APICS-Detroit Chapter.
